Preheat Oven To 425°
Whisk together tamari, hot honey, sesame oil, garlic & chili crisp until combined, then set aside.
Place sweet potatoes on a parchment lined sheet tray, drizzle with 1/3rd of the dressing mix & roast for 20-25 min. Remove from oven to cool.
To build bowls: layer quinoa, fresh greens, roasted sweet potatoes, flaked salmon, and sliced avocado.
Drizzle the remaining dressing on the bowls.
